The Honey Time kaleidoscope is the latest of the large kaleidoscopes. Like the Honey jar that came before it ,It is a large pedestal scope that features a mirror system that is large enough to view with both eyes. This gives the viewer a three dimensional experience , which is quite magical . In addition the cell is able to slide left to right providing an endless journey of visual delight. the scope itself is constructed from assorted exotic hardwoods, usually bubinga and African teak .
This kaleidoscope is one of the largest that Henry has made to date. It incorporates a gigantic object case which is mounted on ball bearing rollers allowing for silky smooth rotation, The mirror system is large enough that you can get both eyes inside to look through, this creates a truly 3D environment you can get completely lost in. Also includes a 2 lamp matching wooden light!
The kaleidoscope itself is a sculptural masterpiece which has been made in various hardwoods. This one is all curves and flow. The scope itself can be raised or lowered to the viewing angle that suits the user and then locked in place.
